The food was fresh and delicious. We tried several dishes: sliced beef with peppers, snap pea leaves, beef tendons and the boiled fish in hot chili oil. Everything was flavorful!

This was our first time here. We ordered the cucumber salad, soup dumplings, and fish soup with sour cabbage. The food was decent, servers are kind and friendly, the ambiance great. At the end, they offered Yakults in the house with a cute little snake stuffy for the 2025-year of snake-sweet surprise. They have pretty great appreciation discount policy as well. Would definitely come back to try more stuff on their menu.

This place is good to go if you like some spicy Szechuan flavor. They even have dishes that’s good for non-spicy water as well. Too many to listed but overall all dishes are tasty. Good service, good seating, no long wait for table.

Good delicious Chinese food. It’s part of a strip mall with ample parking. The staff is welcoming and they offer promos throughout the week. There’s lots to choose from their lunch specials which is your choice of entree with a soup or soda. For $12 I think it’s a pretty good deal.

My friends would not stop talking this place up so they took me here. I'm not a huge spicy person and there are non-spicy menu items so don't feel intimidated. The food is very good however. We did stick with the spice which was indeed very spicy but for whatever reason I could not stop eating because it was so good. The beef pot had to be my favorite item honestly. It's BYOB so bringing a light cold beer was a really good decision as it helped offset and cut the spice and oil a bit. I will definitely be back to try more.

We eat at Hot Fish quite often, and usually order the same dishes. I was lucky enough to be their "Tasting Panel Foodie" winner, and was invited to try some different items from the menu. If you want to indulge in an unforgettable gastronomic experience, you have to try the Fresh Striped Bass. I ordered it with spicy sauce, but there are six different flavors to chose from. We also ordered the Sliced Beef with Black Pepper. The beef was so tender and juicy, paired with onions and bell peppers in a savory, black pepper sauce. Then we ordered Dry Pot Cabbage, a mouth-watering Sichuan dish that you have to try. For our last course, we had the Yang Chow Fried Rice, the best I have ever tasted. Thank you, Hot Fish. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the staff and service were exceptional. I highly recommend dining here when you are looking for a great Sichuan experience.

I have gone to Hot-Fish multiple times and honestly this place is really good, their dry hot pot is really good and the thing i like about is that you can bring extra tofu and they can put it in your meal. The food tastes really good my fav is the crisp potatoes. Sometimes the hard part is talking to the servers but everything else is amazing.

Been hunting for a good Chinese food spot, found an incredible one! Ordered the boiled fish, stir fried lamb & pea shoots - great flavor all around & most importantly even my mother approved and wants to come back. Love the little touches of snacks while ordering & yakult for dessert!
